Customized Eternal Orbs

To customize your orb(s), simply upload your image(s) by clicking the "choose file" button above the "add to cart" button and following the instructions. If done correctly your custom images should be visible in your cart.

Customizing 1 orb:

When ordering 1 orb, simply upload your desired image, and add 1 orb to cart.

Customizing multiple orbs

When ordering multiple custom orbs, simply upload your desired image, select the amount of orbs you would like with that image, then add to cart.

If you are ordering multiple orbs with different images, upload your desired image, select the number of orbs you would like, then press the "change file" button and do the same with your other images.

Delivery times slightly vary depending on which country you are ordering from, however you should expect your order within 5-14 days! All orders are tracked so you can keep an eye on your orders journey. You will receive your tracking information in an e-mail once your order has been processed.

We operate a 7 day refunds/replacement policy, meaning that you can be certain your product will arrive in perfect condition. To be eligible for a refund contact us via the "contact us" page within 7 days of delivery. Please see our refund policy for more information.

Once you have place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a further email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. Please note that this can take a few days, especially with custom orbs. These emails can also sometimes fall into your junk/spam folder.
